Hi, I’m Mariela Suárez.
I’m an Architectural Designer based in Puerto Rico, with over 3+ of experience in architectural drafting,
3D visualization, and interior design.
My work bridges artistic concept with technical precision—from early sketches to detailed construction documents.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design (BEDA) from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. My academic background has shaped a strong foundation in both design thinking and technical execution.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I’ve
took on freelance projects in interior design and collaborated with architecture firms
such as VRM Studio and Arquiteg – Architects & Planners, contributing to projects across residential, commercial, institutional and historic preservation
projects. I take pride in turning ideas into immersive design experiences— through space planning, construction management, or high-quality visual renderings.
I’m fluent in Spanish and English, skilled in tools like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite, and deeply committed to creating thoughtful, functional spaces. This portfolio highlights a range of work—from concept-driven student projects to real-world renovations and professional collaborations.
Let’s design something meaningful together!
