GRAN VISTA - ENTIRE APARTMENT RENOVATION


Location: Paseo Gran Vista, Gurabo, Puerto Rico

Role: Lead Designer

Year of Construction: 2025
 As part of my freelance practice, I’ve contributed to several residential renovations—this entire apartment remodel in Gurabo, Puerto Rico being a standout example. My involvement spanned the full design process, including: 
  • Creating As-Built Plan
  • Preparing concept proposals aligned with color theory and the client’s style
  • Selecting materials, fixtures, furniture, etc.
  • Providing options for different floor plan layouts
  • Generating 3D visualizations
  • Attending on-site construction inspections

The design aimed to modernize the entire apartment while responding to the client’s aesthetic and functional needs. I'm proud to say the final result not only met expectations—it exceeded both the client's vision and my own.
