POOLSIDE RETREAT - luxury backyard remodel


Location: Urb. Montecielo, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico

Role: Junior Designer

Construction Currently Under Development: 2025
In collaboration with VRM Studio—an architectural design studio specializing in residential and commercial remodels.
I’ve had the opportunity to expand my skills in design development, problem-solving, client communication, and project coordination.

This backyard remodel is one of several projects I contributed to while working with the company. For this particular renovation, we delivered a comprehensive set of design services, including:
  • As-Built Plan
  • Concept proposals aligned with color theory and the client’s style
  • Three distinct floor plan layout options for client selection
  • Selecting materials, fixtures, furniture, etc.
  • Designing the landscaping
  • 3D modeling and renderings 

The result is a flexible and welcoming outdoor space tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
